has a PhD in Food Science, and the energy of a Duracell bunny without even a sip of coffee! Keeping up with this wonder-woman ensures that everyone around her remains sharp and focused.

has a BSc Honours in Food Science and is obsessed with quality and freshness. Not only a star at our factory, she also excels on the tennis court and represented Namibia in the World Fedcup Tennis Tournament held in Mexico in 2013! 

has an impressive 17 years of experience in the food industry and when not researching and developing products for her favourite client, Woolworths, can be found practicing the rhythmic moves of Kizomba dancing of which she is an avid fan.

completed her Food Science degree at the University of North West and heads into nature whenever possible to camp, hunt, relax, and unwind. Fresh ideas excite her as does being part of the energetic (dare we say, sizzling?) product development team.

has been part of the Finlar team for 18 years and has qualifications in food, consumer science, and nutrition. Always ready for a challenge (useful in our line of work!), Sylvia loves exploring the wild by engaging in adventure sports such as parachute jumping, river rafting and canoeing, and snake handling.
